Let's talk about the Vibe Marketing I've been researching recently.
1️⃣ I am a liberal arts student and have been working in Web3 Marketing (and still am). After Vibe Coding became popular in February, I spent a whole month studying it. Now I have my own lobster and a Vibe-coded app for fan chasing (the fan spirit of Luosi).
Recently, I've seen many concepts of Vibe Marketing and many companies recruiting related talent. This week, I've been exploring how to implement this.
2️⃣ What is Vibe Marketing?
Using AI and tools to quickly turn ideas in your mind into real campaigns. The traditional marketing process looks like this: write a brief👉, design visuals👉, develop landing pages👉, legal review👉, then go live.
By the time an event launches, a month may have passed, and competitors might have already created a hit. The logic of vibe marketing is completely different: open AI tools and describe the desired effect in natural language. Generate a landing page in minutes, and complete the entire marketing process in a few hours (in an ideal scenario).
3️⃣ AI is indeed changing marketing. Currently, I’ve observed that practical applications mainly focus on two directions:
The first is content production: writing copy, making videos, generating images, breaking down animations, etc. This set allows bulk production of text, images, and videos, solving an efficiency problem.
The second is information gathering: conducting research, analyzing competitors’ marketing content, organizing user interviews, collecting viral videos and breaking them down. AI can quickly provide insights. What used to take a week to analyze can now be done in a few hours.
4️⃣ What kind of AI marketing does a brand really need?
On one hand, it needs strategic support to help build brand narratives, position the brand, and case-by-case develop sales systems.
On the other hand, it should minimize execution costs by letting AI:
- automatically propose new testing hypotheses
- automatically conduct A/B testing
- automatically allocate ad budgets
- automatically generate personalized landing pages
- automatically create email copy
- automatically execute
I will also dedicate a lot of time to Vibe Marketing in the future, producing some of my learning videos. Looking forward to more exchanges!
