Securities Daily News reported that on March 3rd, Huasheng Tiancheng announced that recently, the company received a letter from Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Certified Public Accountants LLP (referred to as “Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu”) regarding the change of signing registered accountants for Beijing Huasheng Tiancheng Technology Co., Ltd.'s 2025 annual report. Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, as the company’s engaged internal control audit institution for the 2025 financial statements and year-end financial reports, originally appointed Chen Haixia and Liu Yong as the signing certified public accountants for the 2025 financial statement audit report and the internal control audit report of the year-end financial report. Due to internal adjustments within Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, Jing Weipeng has been appointed to replace Liu Yong as the signing CPA. The new signing registered accountants are Chen Haixia and Jing Weipeng.
