Pianno: The transfer of 9.78% of the company's shares by the controlling shareholder Ma Libin through an agreement has been completed

Pianno announces that the controlling shareholder and actual controller, Ma Libin, has completed the transfer registration of 17,888,400 shares (accounting for 9.78% of the total share capital) to Chuxinwei through an agreement. The transfer price was 15.31 yuan per share. After the transfer, Ma Libin’s shareholding ratio decreased to 29.34%, and Chuxinwei’s shareholding ratio increased to 16.78%. This transfer will not result in a change of the company’s controlling shareholder or actual controller.
