On February 12, Great Wall Life Insurance announced that its shareholders, China Construction Second Engineering Bureau Third Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. and China 22nd Metallurgical Group Co., Ltd., each transferred 30 million shares of Great Wall Life to Guangdong Dongyang Sunshine Technology Holdings Co., Ltd. After the completion of this share transfer, China Construction Second Engineering Bureau Third Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. and China 22nd Metallurgical Group Co., Ltd. no longer hold shares in Great Wall Life. Guangdong Dongyang Sunshine Technology Holdings Co., Ltd. now holds a total of 60 million shares, accounting for 0.88% of Great Wall Life’s total shares.
