He stated that the CFTC is working to introduce “genuine perpetual futures” in the United States and expects to announce related policies in about a month to attract liquidity back to the U.S. and provide investor protection.
Additionally, he mentioned that the CFTC will soon provide guidance for prediction markets, including issuing a notice of proposed rulemaking to establish clear standards.
