Aave DAO's key service provider Aave Chan Initiative (ACI) will exit in July due to recent concerns over governance centralization following a budget vote. Previously, BGD Labs had planned to exit in April. ACI founder Marc Zeller stated that the organization will gradually dissolve over four months and has proposed an early settlement of its funds to ensure a smooth transition. This exit stems from a governance dispute that began in December last year, initially centered around fee distribution, which later escalated into debates over control and transparency.
