Abstract generation in progress

On March 3rd, after the Trump administration in the United States disabled Anthropic’s artificial intelligence products, OpenAI quickly reached an agreement with the U.S. Department of Defense to deploy OpenAI models on the Department of Defense’s classified networks. The incident triggered protests and a boycott among OpenAI users, with 700,000 people canceling subscriptions or even uninstalling ChatGPT in a short period and switching to Anthropic’s Claude. Supported by a large user base, Anthropic’s Claude soared to the top of the free download charts in the U.S. app store, while OpenAI’s ChatGPT and Google’s CEX ranked second and third. Previously, Claude experienced increased failure rates, possibly related to a surge in traffic. (Jin10)
