On March 2nd, Pony.ai (PONY.US) announced that its seventh-generation Robotaxi will achieve monthly profit and positive cash flow in Shenzhen by February 2026. After reaching this goal in Guangzhou last November, Pony.ai has made significant breakthroughs in two first-tier Chinese cities, marking further substantial progress in the commercialization of Robotaxi services.
The company stated that Pony.ai’s operations in the Shenzhen market are performing strongly—by February 28th, the seventh-generation Robotaxi’s average net income per vehicle per day for the month reached 338 yuan, with an average of 23 orders per vehicle per day.
