Hello everyone! Over the weekend, conflicts erupted in the Middle East. Although the market had some expectations about this event beforehand, the actual development exceeded many predictions. Are you panicking? How will you respond tomorrow? [Taogu Ba]
I initially wanted to write a detailed analysis. But I’ve always tried to make my viewpoints very clear and thorough, only to find that it’s useless—my followers are decreasing instead of increasing—so lately I haven’t even bothered to write main posts. Here’s a simplified version.
First, let’s talk about commercial space. The recent trend in this sector and our predictions are as follows:
The commercial space sector surged for three consecutive days last week. Before the holiday, I posted an article titled “Clear View: Consider Holding Stocks During the Holiday,” how many believed it? The comments were full of doubts, spectators, and unfollows. Actually, if my loyal fans go back and review, our analysis and predictions can only be described as “divinely insightful”; any other adjectives are wrong! Those who think “divinely insightful” is an exaggeration, blame their Chinese teachers for not teaching well (haha). During the previous two lows, we used clear words like “sharp viewpoints” and “greedy when others panic” to highlight our stance; at the previous highs, we also warned a day in advance to “pay attention to the rhythm”! I still remain optimistic about commercial space, and if it dips tomorrow, I will still see opportunities.
On the news front, Brother Lang was quickly and precisely eliminated, as well as the previous swift elimination of the U.S. against Venezuela. The U.S. Starlink low-orbit satellite constellation played a core supporting role throughout, providing global communication, real-time reconnaissance, low-latency command transmission, and high-precision guidance, completing the full chain from target locking to strike, making “remote quick elimination” a reality and completely rewriting modern combat paradigms. In both operations, Starlink’s advantages of low-orbit wide coverage, resilience, and low latency allowed it to continuously obtain target dynamics, transmit encrypted instructions, and support real-time control of drones and precision strike weapons, becoming an irreplaceable space-based core hub for elimination missions. This clearly proves that commercial space has shifted from an auxiliary capability to a key infrastructure in great power competition and security, with unprecedented strategic value and urgency.
Many commercial space institutions are optimistic, such as: (1) Dongwu Securities: “Rocket equals missile,” emphasizing the value of commercial space; (2) Zhongtai Machinery: U.S. Space Force’s first combat involvement, driven by great power competition; (3) CITIC Aerospace: International tensions intensify, with upstream materials focusing on nitrated cotton companies (some attention in training camps, not publicly disclosed).
After discussing commercial space, let’s talk about the overall market. First, due to the unexpected weekend news, the market is likely to open lower tomorrow. However, global capital is fluid. Is there any land more secure than our great motherland? Understanding this principle, you might not panic.
There’s a high chance of a low open and then a rise; even if it doesn’t open low and rise immediately, waiting a couple of days to rebound is no problem! In the Middle East conflict, Brother Lang suffered significant losses, but we can’t say the U.S. has achieved its goals or won. On the contrary, their talk of negotiations while organizing sneak attacks will damage their hegemony, image, and credibility. Capital will flow out of markets related to the U.S., but how much does that affect us? In the long run, we should benefit! Understanding this logic, if the market moves to extremes, waiting a few more days is fine!
Of course, external negative news combined with historical data from previous meetings means don’t expect a big rally anytime soon. Just forget about it.
Other hot sectors include oil and gas, gold (and non-ferrous resources), military industry, commercial space, chemicals, and coal (energy sector). Oil and gas, gold, and other resources have already been repeatedly speculated on; chasing high tomorrow would be a “late move,” making participation difficult. My training camp mainly provides low-entry and bottom-fishing advice (occasionally scanning boards), so oil and gas, gold, and other resource stocks are outside our core focus for now.
Another closely related hot topic is AI military industry. The U.S. military used Anthropic large models and Palantir platforms in airstrikes, deeply integrating AI into intelligence analysis, target locking, cyber offense and defense, and strike assessment, achieving millisecond decision-making and transparent battlefield operations, validating “algorithms as combat power,” marking the era of intelligent warfare. Over the weekend, AI military industry stocks fermented; tomorrow’s focus will be on whether it becomes a new hot spot. As for individual stocks, choose within the military informatization sector. Stocks with previous continuous gains or large limit-ups tend to have stronger explosive power—if you can’t pick them, don’t blame me!

The news environment is too chaotic: mainly focus on AI military industry + commercial spaceflight
