Let me share a heartbreaking secret with everyone. I have been doing technical analysis for 8 years and feel very confused because Teacher Fu Haitang completely denies technical analysis. He says that fundamentals can be achieved with 100% certainty. The following content is excerpted from Teacher Fu's autobiography, hoping it will be helpful to everyone:
Fu Haitang's Fundamental Analysis: To understand the past market trends of a commodity, you must know supply and demand, weather conditions, price relationships between related products, the situation of demand side, processing side, trading side, social inventory, national inventory, substitutes, domestic and international economic environment, monetary easing, interest rate hikes or cuts, industry policies, whether the government issues quotas, stockpiling or releasing stocks, export policies, wars or war expectations, other unexpected events, etc. All these factors influence supply and demand.
Fu Haitang's Trading Psychology: After entering the market, do not buy and sell repeatedly,
Do not add positions when floating losses occur, add positions when floating profits occur.
Do not waste time on uncertain matters.
Fu Haitang's Principles of Heaven: Heaven does not take, and thus it suffers;
When the time is not right, do not迎 (迎 can mean "welcome" or "embrace"), and thus it suffers.
Do not listen to others' words, maintain your own mind.
Seeing small profits but neglecting major matters will lead to failure.
