Meitu Inc. announced that on February 20, 2026, the company repurchased 2,057,000 shares at a price of HKD 6.04–6.10 per share, with a total repurchase amount of HKD 12,508,470. This is the second share repurchase by Meitu this month. Previously, on February 16, Meitu spent HKD 20,015,100 to repurchase 3.217 million shares, with an average repurchase price of HKD 6.222 per share.
