After researching what water is best for brewing tea, I found that the well water at my home is better than any brand of bottled water or mountain spring water outside. I used to look down on my own well water, thinking that store-bought mineral water was more upscale. Lack of education is really frightening!
It's like men always think the wildflowers outside are more fragrant; they pick wildflowers everywhere, but in fact, the quiet home flower at home is the most beautiful.
