Securities Daily Online News: On February 12, Jiaze New Energy responded to investor questions on the interactive platform, stating that the company is also paying attention to offshore wind power business, but has not yet developed offshore wind power projects. The company disclosed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange website on December 15, 2025, the “Announcement of Jiaze New Energy Co., Ltd. Regarding the Investment and Construction of the 300,000-ton Green Hydrogen and Alcohol-based Jet Fuel Chemical Co-production Project in Jixi City, Heilongjiang Province” by its subsidiary. As the company’s first green chemical project to connect the new energy industry chain, expand application scenarios, and increase new performance growth points, the construction of this project not only marks a significant step forward for the company in the green chemical field but also will fully demonstrate its leading role, helping to promote the overall layout and accelerated development of the company’s green chemical business segment.
