The Kremlin says the U.S. has still not responded to Russia's proposal to extend the New START Treaty

Russian President’s Press Secretary Peskov said on February 3rd local time that the Russian side’s proposal to extend the relevant restrictions of the New START Treaty is at an impasse, and the U.S. side has not responded yet. Peskov pointed out that if the New START Treaty is not extended, the world will fall into a more dangerous situation in a few days. (CCTV News)
