Xishaanghai Announcement: The shareholder holding more than 5% of the shares, Shanghai Huijia Venture Capital Co., Ltd., owns 14,468,100 shares, accounting for 10.75%. It plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 1,345,500 shares, representing 1% of the company’s total share capital, through centralized bidding from March 6, 2026, to June 5, 2026. The cumulative reduction within any 90-day period will not exceed 1.00%. The source of the reduced shares is shares acquired before the IPO.
