From January 7, 2026, to February 3, 2026, a total of 1.55 million shares were reduced through centralized bidding, accounting for 1.00% of the total share capital. The reduction price range was 23.83 yuan/share to 26.41 yuan/share, with a total reduction amount of 38.7173 million yuan. After the reduction, the shareholding decreased to 3.85 million shares, accounting for 2.48%, compared to the previous holding of 5.4 million shares, or 3.48%.
