It emphasizes the development of key technical equipment in areas including disability and dementia prevention and anti-aging, daily care and rehabilitation nursing, mental comfort and social participation promotion, safety risk monitoring and emergency rescue, construction of elderly-friendly environments, and aging adaptation renovations. The goal is to promote the integration, safety, and large-scale application of products such as meal assistance and mobility aid, toileting care, eating and dressing support, cleaning and bathing assistance, transfer and transportation, rehabilitation training, psychological intervention, emotional companionship, monitoring and early warning, and emergency response. Additionally, it encourages the application of large language models, brain-computer interfaces, and other technologies in the rehabilitation of children with disabilities, strengthening the development of rehabilitation technologies and equipment for children with cerebral palsy, autism, and other disabilities.
