Behind the booming RWA (Real Asset Chain Reform), there lies a common industry problem: most projects only leave superficial compliance data traces, lacking end-to-end traceability capabilities. Once disputes arise over ownership, transactions, or other links, institutions and regulators often find themselves on the passive side—unable to accurately trace what happened at each node, with high verification costs and an unstable trust foundation.
This is also why Dusk Network has been deeply engaged in the Layer1 track since 2018, focusing its core efforts on building a complete compliance data traceability closed loop. The key to this system is: making every piece of compliance data on the chain traceable, verifiable, and provable, forming an immutable complete evidence chain from source to endpoint.
Technically, Dusk Network uses the PLONK-based zero-knowledge proof algorithm to generate a unique traceability identifier for each piece of compliance data. From asset initialization on the chain, transaction flow, to compliance reporting, each operation becomes an information node, supporting reverse layer-by-layer verification. Coupled with a modular architecture and dedicated traceability management modules, it can interface with multiple system endpoints, automatically synchronizing data sources and flow trajectories. Such a design naturally aligns with emerging regulations like MiCA, which impose strict requirements on data traceability.
This value has been validated in real projects. When serving a securities tokenization project exceeding €200 million, a ownership registration dispute occurred. Using the traceability closed loop, the project team quickly traced the entire chain from issuance registration, transaction transfer, to ownership change. Every node’s information was clearly visible, and the dispute source was pinpointed within hours—something that would normally take days of manual verification—providing regulators with irrefutable, comprehensive evidence.
Solving the "difficult verification of disputes" problem hinges on shifting from passive remediation to proactive design. Dusk Network breaks free from the limitations of "single trace" thinking, enabling compliance data to form a complete evidence chain closed loop. This is not only a technological innovation but also establishes a trust anchor for the RWA ecosystem, allowing institutions and regulators to find certainty within a clear data chain, and pushing the entire industry’s compliance system toward a more refined and transparent stage.
