Looking at the recent CHZ market, both bulls and bears are competing, and no one wants to eat alone.

The truth about trading is so brutal—facing losses, facing dilemmas, what can you do? Complain about yourself or get stuck in an emotional quagmire? Instead of doing that, it's better to accept failure and start again. Those losses, on a larger scale of life, are just insignificant tests.

I've suffered quite a few losses myself, lost a lot, but gradually I let go. I later realized that not everyone can make money in the crypto market; the key lies in two points—controlling your emotions and learning to precisely manage risk. This is not some profound theory, but daily self-cultivation.

I'm still exploring this path and have never thought of giving up. Because I know, experience itself is the best teacher.

It sounds good, but when it comes to the moment of loss, who isn't frantic? I just ask you, can you be this insightful?

Basically, it's the same old motivational clichés. They sound right, but when you're really losing money, who can stay so calm...

That's right, you just need to learn to cut losses, or you'll really get numb from being liquidated.

Say what you want, but when it comes to losses, who isn't emotionally overwhelmed? I just fool myself like that haha.

I just want to ask, how to precisely control risk? Isn't it just gambling with luck?

Losing so many times and still staying so calm, I can't learn to do that.

It sounds good, but the key is still to survive and come out of it.

It sounds quite insightful, but there are only a few who can truly do it.

Sounds good, but how many people can actually do it? I think most people, once they get trapped, start blaming the market and Bitcoin.
