Hello, if you encounter trading issues, you can contact online customer service for assistance. On the app, go to Home - tap the profile icon in the top left corner - a pop-up page will appear, click the top right 🎧 - "Can't find the answer, click here" - enter "Manual" in the input box below - reply with "Transfer to human" and select the relevant issue; On the web, go to the homepage - bottom right 🎧 - "Can't find the answer, click here" - enter "Manual" in the input box below - reply with "Transfer to human" and select the relevant issue.
