On March 27th, the Walrus mainnet was officially launched, marking a substantial breakthrough in the decentralized storage field.

Currently, over 100 independent storage nodes are participating in network operation, and user experience has become quite complete. You can upload and retrieve blob data, as well as build and browse decentralized websites — this is no longer just a concept. Through staking and unstaking operations of the $WAL token, community members directly participate in the election and decision-making of committee members. This governance model truly decentralizes power into the hands of token holders.
