Yeah, that's right. It hits too close to home. I'm the kind of person who HODLs on the surface but feels anxious inside... The sell button is worn down and shiny, haha, I just can't stop myself. It's really a mental barrier. If you haven't overcome it, then you haven't. Skills and tricks are all superficial. It's easy to say to be disciplined, but actually doing it is really hard. When the coin drops, my mind short-circuits. I swear every time that next time I'll stick to it, and then... I fall again.

That hits too close to home. I'm the one whose sell button got smashed, haha. If you can't hold, you just can't hold, no matter how much you talk about it. The key is mental preparation. This thing is really much more difficult than technical skills.
