In the past two years, there have been many projects discussing privacy computing and RWA, but few have truly managed to combine technology and implementation simultaneously. Dusk is now in a somewhat special position—it’s not just making promises, but fulfilling several promises at once.
Let's start with the technical side. Over the past year, Dusk has invested heavily in the underlying technology. DuskDS has achieved tangible improvements in data availability and throughput, capable of supporting institutional-level high-frequency trading needs directly. On the other hand, DuskEVM has lowered the barrier for Solidity developers and even integrated the Hedger privacy module, making confidential contracts as easy to use as flipping a switch. This isn’t just showmanship; it’s truly turning research into practical tools.
On the product side, it’s even more interesting. DuskTrade and STOX are being launched in phases, starting with the licensed Dutch exchange NPEX, bringing the first batch of regulated securities assets onto the chain—not simulations or hypotheses, but real assets with real money. The testing scale has already exceeded one billion euros. Additionally, with deep integration with Chainlink’s CCIP and DataLink, cross-chain liquidity and institutional-grade price feeds are well secured. Without these two components, regulators simply wouldn’t recognize the compliance, let alone allow real asset inflows.
From an economic perspective, it’s also worth noting. The total token supply is 1 billion, with controlled circulation. The staking rate is now over 36%, with more than 200 million tokens locked up. The Gas mechanism also includes a burning logic. When STOX reaches mass adoption, the token will no longer be just a speculative topic but will be directly linked to on-chain settlement activities, transforming usage demand into a rigid requirement.
Of course, short-term traffic and activity levels still need to be observed. But the key difference is here—while the market is still debating “whether tokenized assets can be made compliant,” Dusk has already laid the foundation. With mature technology, comprehensive compliance partners, tested first assets, and complete cross-chain oracle capabilities, all these efforts are happening simultaneously. This time window is quite rare; it’s worth paying close attention to see if a first replicable real-world case can emerge.
