#加密货币监管政策 🤔 I just saw a big news story that the U.S. Senate is pushing forward the "Responsible Financial Innovation Act." It seems that big banks might soon be able to directly offer digital asset custody, staking, and payment services? What does this mean?

Honestly, as someone new to the crypto world, I used to think banks and cryptocurrencies were opposed. Now it sounds like they might be merging? 🤔 Senator Lummis said it "can protect consumers while unleashing growth potential," which feels like good news for us newbies? At least it allows the mainstream to enter, which might make things safer?

But I’m still a bit confused. Does this mean regulation will become stricter? Will my assets on the exchange be affected? Also, if banks start offering these services, should ordinary people use bank services or continue with exchanges? Is there a big difference?

Can any experts here help a newbie understand whether tighter regulation is good or bad for small investors like us? Feels like a turning point, but I haven't fully grasped it yet.
