#钱包安全风险 Just now, when transferring funds in my wallet, a friend reminded me to be cautious of phishing websites. After reviewing recent security incident analyses, I realized—it's really terrifying 😨
The report released by SlowMist mentioned a new type of attack. Even if I manually entered the correct official domain, the browser would still automatically autocomplete it to a fake website forged by attackers! This is not just carelessness on my part; it’s because attackers have preemptively polluted browser history through ads or social media. Once this fake domain is saved in autocomplete, the next time I type a few characters, I’m directly guided to a clone site, which looks almost identical to the real one...
In addition, malware attacks are also increasing. Hackers secretly implant viruses into computers via phishing links or so-called "resource downloads." Once infected, all wallet data is exposed. The risk is much greater than I previously thought.
I want to ask everyone, what should I do to protect myself now? Should I stop relying on browser autocomplete? And are all seemingly normal download links really something I need to be especially cautious about? Security is a big topic, and I need to learn more about it.
