IOPn Accelerates Mainnet Launch with Sovereign Layer 1 Blockchain

As of mid-January 2026, IOPn (Internet of People) is making significant strides toward its mainnet deployment. The project is building OPN Chain—a sovereign Layer 1 blockchain architecture designed to address several critical gaps in the Web3 ecosystem.

The platform's core infrastructure revolves around three pillars:

**Digital Identity**: NeoID serves as the backbone for decentralized identity management, enabling users to maintain sovereign control over their personal data.

**Sovereign AI**: Project ATLAS represents IOPn's commitment to integrating AI capabilities while preserving user autonomy and preventing centralized control.

**Real-World Asset Tokenization**: The platform enables RWA tokenization, bridging traditional finance and blockchain ecosystems.

What sets IOPn apart is its emphasis on true user control—a design philosophy that positions it distinctly in the Layer 1 landscape. The mainnet launch marks a pivotal moment for projects focused on sovereignty and decentralization.

Sovereign blockchain sounds good, but I don't know how much can actually be implemented in practice.

Another L1 project, can it really be revolutionary?

Sovereign AI sounds promising, but can it really be implemented effectively?

We've heard too many stories about sovereign chains; how many of them are truly practical?

Huh? Another sovereignty narrative L1, I've heard this kind of talk too many times.

NeoID, can it really do p2p, or is it just centralized with a different skin?

Project ATLAS sounds impressive just from the name, but everyone is talking about AI empowerment these days.

As for RWA, it's quite practical; it all depends on how much can actually be implemented.

By the way, when will the mainnet truly go live...

True sovereignty? Come on, another "decentralization" promise.

---

NeoID, ATLAS, RWA... sound flashy, but can they really be used?

---

The mainnet isn't even live yet, but they're already hyping it up. I'm tired of this routine.

---

Be cautious whenever it involves identity management; it might end up becoming another form of data monopoly.

---

The three pillars look good, but the key is how the actual ecosystem will be built.

---

Layer1, sovereignty, AI—this project seems to want to do everything.

---

I just want to know if this thing will turn out to be another dead coin with low liquidity after launch.

Another L1 that emphasizes "sovereignty" and "user control"? Sounds good, but how many can actually achieve it?

NeoID and ATLAS sound fancy, but how exactly do they operate? Details determine success or failure.

If RWA can truly integrate with traditional finance, that would be amazing. Right now, it's still just on paper.
