很多人聊RWA时盯着数字——资产规模多大、市场有多大。但这都不是重点。

问题的核心其实很扎心：谁敢用？传统金融机构为什么要接纳一个去中心化系统？

答案很简单——除非你能满足他们的三大诉求：监管清晰、审计透明、隐私保护。缺一不可。

不是说去中心化不重要，而是现实就摆在那儿。系统再去中心化，不符合合规要求就是摆设。这不叫妥协，这叫看清游戏规则。真正的RWA未来，一定是技术理想和监管现实的某种平衡。

That was a harsh way to put it, but it really hits the core. Traditional finance folks buy into this; regulation and auditing are the real necessities. In their eyes, decentralization is just nonsense.

To be honest, traditional finance doesn't really care how decentralized you are; compliance is king. This is the reality—RWA needs to be implemented through compromise, there's no other way.

Exactly right, that's how it is. Technology is worthless if the banking daddy doesn't give the nod, everything else is pointless. If you ask me, anyone still hyping that decentralization can overthrow finance is just dreaming. The real game rules are right here; if you need to compromise, then do so. That's what it means to be alive. If the regulatory hurdle can't be overcome, no matter how advanced the tech stack is, it can only be regarded as art.

Exactly right, that's what I've been wanting to say all along. Traditional finance folks don't care how decentralized you are; they only focus on compliance. RWA is now like a dilemma: either obediently accept regulation or continue to loudly advocate for decentralization ideals and be sidelined. Neither choice is easy. But that's just how it is; compromise isn't surrender, it's a prerequisite for victory.
