Walrus really hit the nail on the head this time; the monopoly of cloud services has been overdue for change. Cheaper by several times? That's so exaggerated, is it really that outrageous? Wow, finally someone has tackled data privacy, otherwise our stuff will be completely eaten up by big tech. To be honest, this move on Sui is quite impressive, but I don't know if $WAL can really support it. Wow, is it really several times cheaper than traditional cloud services? Is that even true? Privacy is indeed a pain point for DeFi, but the question is whether enough people are using it.

Once again, it's the same narrative of data sovereignty... but it's true that it's several times cheaper. Traditional cloud services are indeed cutting the leeks. Someone should have started decentralized storage a long time ago; Web3 is missing this. As for staking and mining, let's see how many people actually run nodes in the end. I trust the privacy aspect, but is Sui's TPS really sufficient? Can it really handle large file storage? I haven't heard of the projects involved in $WAL penetration; can someone list which ones they are? Cross-chain is still on the way; entering the market now might be a bit too optimistic.
