U.S. Senator Cynthia Lummis(Cynthia Lummis) expressed concerns that federal agencies may not have fully established a national Bitcoin reserve as required by an executive order in March. She cited a report stating that the U.S. Marshals have liquidated Bitcoin seized in the "Warrior Wallet case" and transferred it to the Coinbase Prime platform. The Marshals denied selling any assets that violate the provisions of the executive order, which aims to keep digital assets in strategic reserves.
