Almost a month in and I've completely flipped my social strategy—stopped scrolling, started posting instead. Game changer, honestly. The anxiety? Gone. That constant FOMO watching everyone else farm the latest trend? Dried up. No more getting baited into rage threads, no more TL flooded with people hyping random tech that probably won't matter next week anyway.

Switching from consumer mode to creator mode did something unexpected. Head feels clearer. Work got sharper. When you're not constantly absorbing other people's noise and hot takes, there's actually bandwidth left for actual thinking and building.

Anyone else tried this? Curious if others in the community found similar wins by just blocking the feed and focusing on what you're actually putting out there.

Really, I’ve also tried this method—stopping the spam and switching to output—my mind is definitely clearer now. This should have been done a long time ago. Watching others talk about coins all day must be so exhausting. This guy is right; the creator’s perspective really is different. No more pretending.

In simple terms, this is a deleveraging process... Stop blindly absorbing market sentiment, and the risk control threshold will immediately rise. The problem is that most people can't withstand it at all and will be pulled back by the FOMO of a chain liquidation.

Ngl, I get this idea, but quitting scrolling is easier to talk about than to do... I still unconsciously keep scrolling. Really? You can feel such a noticeable change in just a month? I feel like I can never escape this loop. Stopping consumption and shifting to output... sounds like another form of cope, but I still need to track market trends. I agree with this, there's too much noise, and the signal gets lost in it.

ngl This guy is spot on. I've tried this method too, and it really can save lives. Scrolling feeds is like a chronic poison. This guy's spot on. I just recently realized that scrolling through feeds is a waste of brainpower. Damn, finally someone said it. Stopping consumption can really save lives. Creator mode vs. consumer mode, I feel the difference deeply. But I still couldn't resist scrolling every day. What happened to quitting feed? This idea is good. I'll try to see if I can stick to it for a few days first.

NGL, this move is brilliant. I tried it for a while and indeed felt much clearer-headed. Honestly, it wasn't until I stopped spamming that I realized how much energy I had wasted. Creator mode really changed my attitude towards shitcoin news. But after sticking with it for two weeks, I couldn't help but return to the feed, haha. I get this move now; it's a test of execution ability.
