I have summarized the progression of cryptocurrency traders from entry to stable profitability, generally divided into six stages:
**Stage 1: Gambler's Mindset** — At this stage, trading is entirely based on intuition and luck, with no plan in place, resulting in heavy losses.
**Stage 2: Superstitious about Techniques** — Traders begin learning candlestick charts, studying indicators, and are passionate about various trading tricks, but losses still occur. The problem is treating technical analysis as a holy grail.
**Stage 3: Building a System** — Traders finally realize that trading requires a systematic approach, dedicating time to develop their own trading rules and risk management framework. Unfortunately, execution still has issues, and the account continues to bleed.
**Stage 4: Awakening Moment** — Traders start to feel they are beginning to understand, with small profits and small losses, and the account finally stabilizes.
**Stage 5: Strict Execution** — Truly following the system, discipline improves, and this is when continuous profit inflows begin.
**Stage 6: Mental Cultivation** — Completely letting go of obsession and greed, overcoming human weaknesses, reaching a state of no-self, and ultimately achieving stable profitability.
In essence, the core of this journey is not the technical skills themselves, but mindset and self-discipline.
