theoretically speaking, the localized execution model here is basically recursive SNARKs meeting the blockchain trilemma halfway—what Vitalik touched on back in that '21 paper about state verification. isolating execution scope means cross-rollup state verification becomes... actually tractable? the interoperability vector just shifted. ngl this changes everything about how we think Layer3 thesis
