Regarding the exchange's fee rebate policy, all my accounts are configured with an automatic rebate rate of 20%. From the contract trading data, some rebate records show a zero ratio, which typically corresponds to invited users who have not yet activated contract trading or completed identity verification.
There are concerns about the transparency of the rebate mechanism, but in fact, the system uses fully automated rebates and does not involve manual intervention. From an economic perspective, the rebate amount for users with small transaction fees is relatively limited and clearly does not match operational and reputation costs. Therefore, there is no motivation for artificially lowering rebates. Currently, the platform has completely ceased manual rebate operations, and all rebate processes are executed automatically by the system.
