It's the same narrative of capital outflows again... There's a problem with this mechanism design. How did spot ETFs become the "governor" of the market? That said, it's normal that the 89,000 level can't be broken; market consensus hasn't been reached yet. Short-selling opportunities do exist, but are they incentive-compatible? The issue of rebound selling... has always been like this in history; the equilibrium of the game is so fragile.
