Ethereum asset management giant Bitmine (led by Thomas “Tom” Lee) has further increased its staking activities following the latest disclosures.

According to on-chain data tracking, Bitmine has now staked 461,504 ETH, worth approximately $1.4 billion. Specifically:

Bitmine added 118,944 ETH to its stake, valued at $352 million
Total staked amount reaches 461,504 ETH, valued at $1.37 billion
A newly created wallet received 32,938 ETH from FalconX (worth $97.8 million), likely belonging to Bitmine

As disclosed by Bitmine on Monday, as of December 28, its staked ETH was 408,627, which accounts for only a small part of its total reserve of over 4 million ETH.

On-chain data also indicates that the company may have purchased an additional 32,938 ETH through a newly created wallet.

MAVAN Project Progress

Bitmine is collaborating with three external staking providers to advance its Made in America Validator Network (MAVAN) project, which is scheduled for release early this year.

Bitmine expects that through MAVAN and partner validators, it can fully deploy its ETH, generating approximately $374 million in staking rewards annually. The company states that MAVAN is designed as a secure “industry-best” infrastructure solution.
