That's it—I'm calling a timeout on crypto trading for the rest of 2025. The constant chart-watching, the emotional roller coaster, the second-guessing every entry point... it's exhausting. Sometimes the best trade is the one you don't make. Gonna sit this one out and let the market do its thing without me.

Really, I now especially understand this feeling. Watching the market all the time is really exhausting. Lying flat is also a strategy, to be honest. Sometimes not acting is winning, and it's worry-free. This is the self-cultivation of an ultimate trader, haha. I've also thought about going all-in and then closing the position, not seeing it, not being bothered. The greatest simplicity is the way, doing nothing might actually yield the highest returns. Those who can hold back their hands and avoid reckless operations are experts. Rest well and come back, it's better than anxious trading.

Really, I'm tired of these market charts, my brain is about to explode. Lying flat is really the best solution; all that hodl stuff is just empty talk. Not trading is the biggest win, there's nothing wrong with that. Those people who watch the charts every day, I find them exhausting. I've had a bit of an epiphany: letting go is winning.

I'm awake now, this is the move of a top player --- Lying flat is the biggest winning strategy, isn't it --- OMG finally someone said it out loud, I want to learn too --- This realization is worth it, feeling mentally exhausted is really more uncomfortable than losing money --- Not trading can actually make money, ironic but true --- I just want to know how long this guy can stick to it --- Brilliant, stop-loss is not as good as stopping playing --- Dreaming, in two hours I’ll be looking at the market again, right --- The hardest decisions for humans are often the simplest, just do it --- Obsessed with the action itself, forgot why I started, broke my defense

Bro, your understanding is impressive. I stopped watching the market a long time ago, and my mental stress is half as much.

Really, is it worth obsessively watching the market until your mentality explodes? HODL might be the highest form of trading. Sleeping while holding coins is more profitable than constantly trying to buy the dip—that's no lie. Hey, wait a minute, are you about to sell again... I'll watch you jump in next time. I also want to take a break, but my fingers are too honest; I just can't stop, haha. Sometimes doing nothing is really winning. Things have been so intense lately, taking a break is also good; the mind needs to stay clear. This is enlightenment; most people are just using money to learn lessons.

honestly? this is just insufficient validation of your own risk tolerance. most people quit when they should be auditing their strategy instead. the market doesn't care about your emotional state, only your portfolio does.

Really, looking at the chart makes my eyes hurt. Better to take a break. That being said, this wave of market行情确实容易让人心态炸裂。 I've also thought about lying flat, just a little itchy hands haha. In the end, HODL is still the best, messing around only leads to losses. Understand, watching the market确实是心理折磨。 Just close your eyes and don't look, and your sleep quality actually improves. This decision is spot on, a rational choice. You can make money without trading, it's called HODL.
