The biggest difference between US and Taiwanese stocks is that Taiwanese stocks are traded on a single exchange, while the US has three major exchanges operating independently, with slight differences in opening hours and prices.
New York Stock Exchange (NYSE)
The NYSE is the world’s largest stock exchange by total market capitalization of listed securities, with over 3,500 listed stocks. It primarily uses electronic trading but still maintains a significant floor trading presence, especially in price setting and large institutional trades.
NASDAQ

AMEX (NYSE American)
