#加密生态动态追踪 The recent atmosphere in the crypto market has been a bit dull. Data from December 16th shows that the Fear and Greed Index has dropped to 11, lower than the previous day's 16. In other words, the market is in a state of "extreme fear"—a sentiment level approaching the tensest moments in the past year.
How is this index calculated? It actually combines data from multiple dimensions: volatility accounts for the largest share (25%), followed by trading volume (25%), social media activity, and market surveys, each at 15%. Bitcoin's weight in the overall market accounts for 10%, and finally, 10% comes from Google search trend analysis. Simply put, it measures the market's "temperature" from multiple angles.
The index ranges from 0 to 100, with lower numbers indicating greater fear. Now at 11, it’s essentially in a state of extreme fear. At times like this, some feel uncomfortable while others see opportunities.
Bottom fishing or continue watching? It's really hard to judge this wave.
Extreme panic = a big opportunity? Or continue to fall? My wallet is already empty.
Wait, is this index so simple and crude? Can it really represent the market temperature? Feels like something is missing.
Panic is panic, but I actually feel like someone is about to get rich.
After this wave, I don't know how many people are trapped... Feeling uncomfortable.
Either it's a buying opportunity or a continued cut in half. Anyway, I've given up.
Those still daring to place bullish orders are all warriors.
Why is the market so cold? Even Twitter has no one talking about it.
In a state of extreme panic, reversals are actually the easiest. History always repeats itself this way.
Looking at volatility and trading volume, which account for the largest proportions, it indicates that big players have already left.
I bet there will be a rebound next week. If you don't believe it, let's wait and see.
Entering now is like taking a bath in a fire pit, better to wait a bit.
Hitting 11 — I really haven't seen it happen many times. When was the last time it was like this?
---
Extremely panicked, which means what’s coming still has to come. The bottom is right in front of us
---
Index 11 is a bit outrageous... But the more panicked I am, the more excited I get
---
Looking at this data, I know the opportunity is here, everyone
---
Really? Dropped so hard? Hurry up and bottom out, everyone
---
Extreme panic is good, the crypto circle needs this kind of shakeout
---
I like the number 11. When everyone is scared, it's time to surge
---
Feels like a rebound is coming again. Such panic is actually a good sign
---
Volatility accounts for a quarter, no wonder it's so chaotic
---
Wait a minute, with it so low I dare not bottom out... Will it drop further?
