The wallet has made a major move—official support for Bitcoin native transactions has gone live. To be honest, this is a significant upgrade for many people.
Now users can directly buy Bitcoin with fiat currency within the wallet, saving a lot of hassle. Core functions like BTC mainnet transfers and cross-chain swaps are already in place, allowing both native asset swaps with the EVM ecosystem and seamless integration with SOL.
In terms of details, the current version first supports SegWit addresses, which users will be able to use soon. Taproot addresses are still in preparation and shouldn't be too long.
Another benefit is that performing BTC exchange operations within the wallet can earn reward points. This incentive mechanism is quite interesting, essentially allowing users to earn some rewards while trading. Overall, this update fills an important missing piece in the wallet ecosystem.
---
Start with SegWit, take it slow with Taproot, I like the steady pace
---
Can you earn points through exchanges? Hehe, this eco-loop is indeed more complete now
---
EVM to SOL can connect seamlessly, ecosystem interoperability is becoming smoother
---
In simple terms, it’s about completing the native BTC experience, which is indeed a necessary upgrade for wallet ecosystems
---
Cross-chain exchange with incentives, this strategy has some substance, user stickiness is steadily increasing
---
Fiat channels directly connected to BTC, a blessing for novice users, and the halving of trading fees is indeed real
Buy BTC directly with fiat? Should have done this earlier, so I don't have to tinker on CEX for so long.
SegWit first, Taproot wait and see, plan reasonably, as long as it’s usable.
The points reward system is pretty decent, can’t pass up the free stuff haha.
Just want to ask, when will it support the Lightning Network? That would be really convenient.
This update definitely filled in many gaps, significantly improved the wallet ecosystem's completeness.
