In the short-term measures, within December 2025, Guizhou Maotai will stop distributing all Maotai products to distributors (prepayments have been completed), and will resume at an appropriate time until January 1, 2026.
In terms of medium to long-term structural reform, in 2026, Guizhou Maotai plans to significantly reduce the quota of non-standard products, reducing the supply of products that cut into profit margins of distribution channels from the source.
