The recent rebounds of LUNA2, USTC, and 1000LUNC have indeed been quite strong these days. Many people can't understand why this is happening, but the reason is quite straightforward——it was mostly short sellers yesterday.

You see, a bunch of people bet on a decline, thinking this is the end, but the opposite happened. The market loves this kind of surprise. When negative news is fully digested and short positions have accumulated to a certain extent, the opposite force begins to gather momentum. Many veterans know this rule: true positive news doesn't necessarily come from sudden good news, but often from the extreme accumulation of pessimism in the early stages.

Short-term technical rebounds and emotional recovery often occur simultaneously. Once the short sellers' defenses loosen, chasing funds will follow. This is why sometimes, the most hopeless moments are actually the start of a turning point.

ngl this screams textbook squeeze setup... analyzed the order flow patterns and red flags detected everywhere. everyone shorting = classic trap, needs immediate investigation on whether this holds or just liquidity bait tbh

Is there a chance to at least double the increase?

A short squeeze is all it takes; I've seen this move too many times.

It's true that it's easier to reverse when short positions are concentrated, but the real profit comes from timing the market correctly.

All the shorts are dead; the rebound has just begun.

Short positions pile up to the limit and then rebound. I'm tired of this routine already.

The more short positions accumulate, the more it becomes a buying point. This rule is really harsh.
