Do you remember ORDI? The "star" who once proclaimed "Surpassing Ethereum" in the circle. Last year, that wave really was quite spectacular, constantly trending, with prices skyrocketing, as if everyone thought they had caught the next hundredfold coin. But what happened? The hype lasted only a couple of months. Before the slogan even cooled down, the coin's price took a nosedive.
It was such a lively time back then, all major communities were talking about it, as if not discussing ORDI meant falling behind. Prices doubled and doubled again, creating the illusion that history was about to be made at any moment. But the plot reversed even faster than expected. Not long after, the price couldn't hold up anymore, sliding downward all the way. The rapid rise was followed by a brutal fall. Later, many veteran players mentioned that behind it all, the "Shenzhen gang" couldn't be missed—when the hype peaked, they threw out big chips, cashed out, and left retail investors stunned in the wreckage. The coin's price? Naturally, it plummeted to nothing, where it went, it went.
Looking back at recent data, it seems like ORDI is showing some activity again. The price increased about 9% within 24 hours, breaking above $4.2. Technical indicators like MACD and RSI also look quite strong, as if it's about to rise. But those who went through the last cycle probably know very well: a familiar feeling. Raise the price, attract attention, and then what? No one knows if it will be the same players, following the same script again.
Domestic coins are not impossible to play, but the "gameplay" here is brutal. It often tells the most captivating stories, pulls out the most dazzling gains, and attracts the most people to rush in. But for many projects, the core doesn't seem to be technological implementation, but liquidity and narrative hype. Once the main funds withdraw, the story stops being told, and the price loses its support — and where it goes, it goes.
So, coming back to what I said earlier, in our market—especially with coins that have obvious labels—you really need to keep your nerves tight if you want to participate. Don’t be blinded by slogans and short-term gains. See clearly who is pumping, why they are pumping. It’s okay to play, but you must "run fast"—when the trend is there, follow it and enjoy the ride. When the wind shifts, don't hesitate, don't cling to the battle. $ORDI #美联储降息
