Haha, received a red envelope! Thanks to the Beldex community for the 500U benefit. Looks like the big players are really generous.
Speaking of which, privacy on the blockchain is now a real necessity. Even just transferring an address can be thoroughly scrutinized, and chat records are painfully transparent. Beldex’s approach is quite hardcore: ring signature technology makes it impossible to tell who initiated the transaction among a bunch of signatures, and private addresses change with each receipt.
What’s even more intense is they use masternode consensus—want to become a node? You need to lock up 10,000 BDX. This threshold directly raises the cost of malicious behavior. With a block time of 30 seconds per round, this speed really outperforms many older projects.
The privacy track has been heating up again recently, and BDX’s tech stack looks pretty solid.
Ring signatures are really impressive, always changing aliases to collect payments, a killer for on-chain transparency.
However, the threshold of 10,000 BDX... to be honest, it's a bit discouraging; ordinary people can't afford to run a masternode.
Privacy needs are becoming more urgent, and Beldex has hit the right moment.
The speed is decent, but privacy coins have always been sidelined by exchanges, which is the real trouble.
