Been working on something fun lately – building an interactive 3D particle system that responds to your hand movements in real-time.

The setup uses Three.js for rendering and tracks both hands through your camera. What makes it interesting? You can control how particles scale and expand just by tensing or closing your hands. It's surprisingly intuitive once you get the hang of it.

I've also thrown in a template switcher – you can toggle between different particle shapes like hearts, flowers, saturn rings, and fireworks. Each one reacts differently to your gestures, which creates some pretty cool visual effects.

Still tweaking the hand detection sensitivity and particle physics, but the core interaction is working smoothly. Might add more templates later if people find this useful for their projects.

This thing looks kind of interesting, but how stable is the gesture recognition part?

Damn, this interaction logic is amazing. The idea of gesture-controlled particle systems is just brilliant.

This gesture interaction is truly amazing, much more reliable than those sensor solutions.

The 3D particle system sounds pretty awesome, and the gesture control part really needs to be tweaked repeatedly...

Damn... If only I had learned Three.js six months earlier, now I can only stare helplessly at projects like this.

Tuning the parameters for hand recognition is really a pain, isn't it? You can get stuck just on sensitivity for half a day.

This gesture interaction is truly amazing. Just being able to control particles by clenching your fist is worth playing with for half a day.

ngl this gesture interaction idea is pretty genius, I kinda want to try it out
