Met a trader today who has a good enough trading experience. Has made money and lost money over the last couple of years

He told me, “I’m working on getting mid six figures anyhow and then I’ll work on building trading systems to make sure I’m consistently profitable”

Man has spent all of 2025 in different crypto jobs + managing his IRL job, working more than 14 hours a day for 10 months trying to get more capital

The only advice I have for him is to start trading actively with like 10% of his portfolio and manage it like it’s 100% of his net worth

If you want to be a full time trader then work on trading. Everything else will fall into place. I’m certain this guy will retire bloodlines but he (and maybe you the reader) need to focus on being a better trader if that’s your goal, not on the other stuff
