Buffett and Munger have repeatedly said that the most important quality in investing is patience. But in reality, most people really don’t have much patience. Everyone thinks that if they plant a tree today, they can pick the fruit tomorrow. This is actually normal; human nature is like that. However, if a person can truly have the composure to maintain the quality of patience, then their thoughts and actions will be very different from others. In the investment market, this is already a significant competitive advantage.
