$ALEO The U.S. SEC's special working group on Crypto Assets is scheduled to hold a roundtable meeting on privacy and financial surveillance on December 15. The meeting will invite leading figures from the crypto industry to join SEC officials, focusing on discussions around the developer liability controversies arising from legal cases related to Tornado Cash and Samourai Wallet, as well as the recent significant rise in Privacy Coin prices.
Although this meeting will not produce formal policy proposals, the discussion results will provide a reference for the subsequent regulatory policy formulation of Privacy Coins in the United States, thereby influencing the industry's compliance layout and development direction for Privacy Coins, and marking the formal entry of issues related to Privacy Coins into the mainstream policy discussion.
