The Portfolio That Builds Itself While You're Not Looking

Started using Velvet Capital like I do with most DeFi tools—quick glance at holdings, keep an eye on what's exposed, tweak the flow here and there. Pretty standard stuff.

Then it hit me. Not all at once, but gradually.

There's this layer you don't immediately see—a portfolio forming beneath the surface while you're just going through the motions. You think you're managing positions, but something else is happening. Your capital's doing more than sitting there.

Wow, isn't this exactly what I want? Automation runs in the background while I lie down in front.

In simple terms, it's a financial management solution for lazy people, automatically taking care of everything for you.

It's pretty ridiculous. Is managing it yourself still called building it yourself? I've heard this trap too many times.

Automating this trap, you only realize it's actually a way to be lazy after using it for a while.

It sounds like automation is doing something behind the scenes, I have to give it a try, afraid of missing out on something.

This automation thing sounds nice, but I'm afraid it's just a guise to Be Played for Suckers.

The backend operates automatically? Sounds like yet another "laying down to earn a dream," why do I always fall for it?

Ngl, this is the magic of automation, the favorite of lazy investors.

Well, this automation thing sounds good, but I'm afraid it's just another marketing gimmick.
