Today I came across an interview with Ray. As I mentioned before, I watch every episode of the Trader Conversations. I believe the value of these interviews lies in allowing you to draw insights from the experiences of excellent traders, learning, reviewing, and reflecting on what can be useful for yourself, thereby enhancing your own skills.

Instead of feeling anxious and being urged to blindly gamble like a degenerate as soon as you see new content, remember that all products within the exchange are merely tools. The key lies in how you use them correctly. Your brain and hands belong to you; no one can force you to act a certain way. The choice is always in your hands.

If you don't even have this basic judgment and self-control, then the path of trading really isn't suitable for you.
