Is Remittix RTX Really Reliable? A Deep Dive into the True Nature of This PayFi Rising Star
Recently, the PayFi sector has been heating up. As a rising star, Remittix (RTX) has already raised $26 million, sold 80% of its tokens, and set a presale price of $0.113. Sounds impressive, but a closer look reveals there are significant concerns.
First, the highlights:
CertiK audit score is over 80 and ranks among the top. The fundraising amount is substantial, and the community has decent buzz. These numbers are indeed persuasive.
But these issues can’t be ignored:
TrustPilot score 1.9/5 — What are the most common user complaints? Transfer delays and phishing scams. Some users reported waiting 48 hours for funds to arrive, and only got help after dealing with a customer service bot.
Fake websites everywhere — RTX’s official Twitter has warned about phishing emails and scam sites impersonating the project, asking users to connect wallets and trying to steal tokens. What does this imply? The team’s commitment to security is questionable.
Anonymous team — No developers are willing to reveal their identities. While this is common in early-stage projects, it also means the risk level is much higher.
Unrealistic price predictions — The official claim is that the price will reach $0.66 by 2030, with a 339% ROI. In crypto, long-term predictions like this are almost meaningless.
Short-term launch outlook:
After the presale, it will list on exchanges. Some institutions predict a 2-5x pump, but don’t forget this is usually accompanied by heavy selling—profit takers will dump. Very few projects can truly hold their ground.
Conclusion: Remittix is not an outright scam. It passed the CertiK audit and has secured funding. But that doesn’t mean investing in it is a guaranteed win. Early-stage projects are inherently high-risk, and with poor user feedback, security issues, and an opaque team, you should be prepared to lose 50% of your investment. It’s okay to try with a small amount, but going all-in is not recommended.
